Century Building Maintenance employees are in constant contact with their immediate supervisors and will put out a call for assistance in the event of emergency or unsafe condition. As situations dictate, fire alarms will be activated, office switchboards informed and 911 contacted. In addition, equipment will be shutdown, buildings evacuated in an orderly fashion and a head count taken. Re-entry will only occur once the Police, Fire Marshall and/or supervisor deem conditions are safe.
